Returns

Each mosaic is printed for the design you approved. We can’t accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, a different size, or a name spelled the way it was entered.

If it arrives damaged

If your piece arrives damaged or the print is defective, email colemswain@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We’ll work with Printful on a reprint or a refund.

That’s the honest window. We don’t offer a blanket satisfaction guarantee on custom print.
